Is it silly to want to have my first kiss in a lucid dream? has anyone else kissed the person they liked in a lucid dream? and does it feel like what a real kiss would feel like?

I'm not gonna lie, yes.
Its nothing wrong, unless someone else is sleeping within a 25 foot radius, as dreams have tendancy's to connect when people are near eachother.

That last thing is a unproven statement. Dream sharing has yet to be proven, so specifics are very hard to determine.

If it's silly depends on the reason why you want it to be your first.

If you just want to try it out before you do it for real, or for scientific purposes, it's fair enough. If you want it for other strange reasons, it's probably silly.

While a kiss in a dream can feel like in real life - worse or better - it's a bit difficult to compare.

A real kiss is quite different for me from a dream kiss, a different experience all together. Some of this probably has to do with being conscious of a lot more things than while i'm dreaming. For example, i don't feel as much with my body in a dream than in my waking life.

edit: also, i think posts stating unproven things as a fact should be marked or deleted.

Hello ace, ermmmm nothing strange about it mate don't worry about it, have fun doing it Wink . But don't say to your mates that your first kiss was in a lucid dream cause you'll probably get ripped a fair bit. Anyways ive done both and there seems to be suttle little differences between a dream kiss and an actual kiss but every person is different. But i suppose if youur first kiss is in a dream then whatever you think a kiss will be like will be how it feels in a dream =). Good luck matey

OFCOURSE ITS NOT SILLY i wouldnt count a lucid dream kiss as your "first kiss" cos well... its not real but yes it feels exactly the same
i practice my kissing in lds to become better at kissing Razz
when you are kissing you have got to get rid of the habit of closing your eyes
EVERYTIME I USED TO KISS IN AN LD i would close my eyes (like IRL) and wake up
ive always found myself in a situation like in the movies
u lean in to kiss the girl/boy and they keep moving away till u wake up
but i just stop heading for her and tell her that its my dream and i can do what i want
SHE FINALLY GETS THE MESSAGE THAT UNLESS SHE WANTS TO BE BLOWN UP WITH A ROCKET LAUNCHER SHE KISSES ME =]
so no its not wierd
have fun lucid dreaming Smile

Definitely not silly, here's why.

In dreams ethical/moral judgement is usually out the window, for example I you could dream someone you know killed their friend etc.

So you should not limit your lucid dreams. A benefit from wanting your first kiss in a lucid dream as it would create a big bond through experience to lucid dreaming and help set Lucid dreams into your life.

However, hate to quote inception here but there's a scene where old people dream most of their day and ignore their real life.

By all means have your first kiss fantasy in your lucid dream, but try hard to get all the things you want out of real life too!

actually its complicated beacuse if you dont now how a kiss feel, then your body gonna make somenthing that feels good, but your never gonna now how a kiss feel beacuse you have to kiss in real life, the dream its a summary of the feel that you allready have, the mind will find the most close that you have feel of a kiss, but if you wanna do it, do it!, thats why we are become Lucid dreamers, to do everything we wanna do without rules. My first kiss was never what I had imagined it to be. Thing was, the girl wasn't a good kisser and there was a lot out of sync. (Think playing together, but playing two different tempos) I don't know if your dream kiss will be an accurate representation of your real life kiss.

(Same with sex)

I have kissed my desired DC twice in dreams, one was lucid, and the other wasn't. I have kissed plenty in real life, and my dream kiss felt like each of us were made out of taffy and kind of elastic and stuck together. I loved it though, and wish I could do it more. I also wished I could have pulled away to look at him, to enjoy the fact that it was who I wanted, and then went back at it for more. I keep trying though!!
