Lately my hands have been getting really hot as i try to sleep. I have been practicing WILDing and I'm not sure if its one of the effects.
It happens almost as soon as i get in bed and relax. My hands would feel as if there burning literally, like it even kind of hurts and gets uncomfortable. Even if i put my hands out of my blanket in the cold air after a bit theyll get hot again lol.

Its not from doing WILD, its just once i get comfortable... Anyone know what im talking about?

I experienced something similar when trying to WILD. Shocked
But it was different. One of my hands got paralysed. I wonder if it was the start of sleep paralysis because honestly I could not move my fingers.

I then tried to move my fingers and the feeling came back into them after about 20 seconds. It was weird Confused

Mmmm i see... Im really weird when it comes to sleep, i get a good 8 hours and 20 minutes on average, yet i sleep during almost every period at school and attempt to nap when i get home. I'm always a very tired person and can never sleep. I really don't know why i just typed that... just took a bio test.. im in bio class right now and i think i got a C or something on this test...

I get the same thing, every night. I also get it during the day when it's warm. If the temperature rises really fast (like stepping into the shower), it hurts. I have erythromelalgia, but I'm not so sure whether that's the case with you. Razz

Today at school I decided to not move my legs at all for some time. After 15 minutes or something, my feet felt really warm, like if i was standing on something hot. It disappeared when I moved my feet later. So its definitly not just you.
