95% of my dreams are lucid and I have a lucid dream nearly every night. But most of them are full of things that I have already done and overdone. This is why I don't add the majority of my dreams to my dream journal. A lot of things that I've done in other lucid dreams get repeated. I need a near inexhaustible source of ideas. I would very much apreciate it if you could post any ideas on what to do with my lucid dream experiences. Thank you.

This ought to get you started:

Although Tim describes something really cool as well: just going with the flow, observing the dream narrative while lucid, without exerting any control.

I sure wish I had YOUR problem! If I could go lucid at will I'd explore the deepest mystery of all, the "I AM".

Well let's see, there is a BIG difference between percentage of total dreams, and percentage of dreams you've remembered. I lucid dream about 2-3 times a week, but total dreams must be around 42 so that is a small percentage. Of the ones I have journaled it is about 15-20%. Very Happy

Well, i understand your a physicist, maybe try to do some 'lucid research' Rolling Eyes
You never know what you might find x]

I would probably just train myself in real life activities and try to self improve physically and mentally, or talk to my subconscious, or fight people, or... My list can go on forever lol :s I iwsh 95% of my dreams were lucid Razz

Try the book of Robert Waggoner, here he presents the steps to the "Inner-self" really accurate!

You could also try to ask your dreams to show something important (e.g. saying: "Show me something important!") And you might have a very interesting dream! Very Happy

Well, I am not a physicist yet. I am only seventeen years old. I plan to major in physics and get a doctorate degree. Then from their I wish to become a theoretical physicist.
How on earth did you find out about my love for physics? Question Smile
And yes, I have tried solving theoretical problems in my dreams. Usually it helps. Infact I am further along in the writing of my novel because of this.

Its interesting you mention the practice of waking life activities while in a dream. I should try that. I have heard that someone actually used his dreaming experiences to improve his real life skill.

Wow your only 17? I would have expected you much older, because you seem very wise and intellegent :] Im 16, though i dont think ill be on par haha.

Yea, im also very interested in theoretical physics and all the theories, and it just seemed to me that you were too.

And about the using LD's to better yourself in the awake world, definitely something you should try. Once im able to have lucid dreams once or multiple times a week im going to start training physically and mentally for things that I normally dont have the resources or time to do in real life. Parkour, tricking, sports, problem solving, learning about myself, improving myself etc. Take advantage of your ample amount of LD's, i know i will once im there ^_^

Thanks. Nice to see someone with similar interests. Most people don't give physics any attention. They seem to be pleased with being oblivious.

I will definitely try some waking life activities in my lucid dreams. I will probably start with juggling. I can juggle three already, but I can't juggle four for very long (maybe ten rounds.)
I will be sure to tell you of my experiences. Smile
