|
|
Hey all!
First off, I did some lucid dreaming a year or so ago I don't remember when and at other times awhile ago before the recent year or so ago in past years to stop some nightmares. I had been out of practice this year, but I finally got a partial lucid dream over vacation and now have had one mostly lucid dream and two other full lucid dreams this morning. I don't want to share them for personal reasons, but I am happy this is going well now when I had been unable to be lucid for awhile.
I was able to recognize the dream either due to how ridiculous it was in the partial lucid dream I had while on vacation. In the nightmare I changed to good, that the nightmare creature looked too strange to be from reality. My middle dream was a nightmare and my alarm woke me up from it. I went back to sleep after that twice and just stayed lucid in the next two dreams. I didn't really use any techniques just was able to do it randomly, as MILD isn't successful for me because I instantly start dreaming while half asleep at night before I fall asleep and I have been able to be partially lucid in those, but not full lucid half asleep. My main success has been in fully asleep dreams. Anyways, thought I'd share my success. |

| Thanks for sharing it. It is great that you have 3 dreams in one night. |

| Technically, I had four dreams one at night and three in the morning but I was just counting the ones that were lucid. I'm happy I dream so much, it gives me more of an opportunity to try and lucid dream. |

| Also, I had another one that morning that was just a nightmare, but I don't count unresolved nightmares as dreams considering they are nightmares which I think are different than regular dreams. |

| That’s wonderful. Last night, I also have 2 lucid dreams and I really enjoyed it. |
