Speaking from a girl perspective, I sometime come when I LD. I wake up with my pussy contracting and all wet.
It's a weird kind of orgasm though, I don't actually feel very exited, it's more like: WTF is my pussy doing .

I've had sexual (lucid and non-lucid) dreams and then I also come in real life, sexual (lucid) dreams in which I come in the dream but not really, and also non-sexual (lucid) dreams an then I come in real life anyway.

It seems to happen more often when I'm lucid. But I really should keep track of it to say for sure.

I've only had one dream where I've ejaculated in reality, and although I was having sex in the dream, I didn't orgasm in the dream. From what Tim said, it was probably just that mechanical cleansing, and the dream was my subconscious trying to interpret for me what my body was doing on its own!

I've had the same kind of thing happen when I've had to pee. My body keeps telling me that I need to pee, so my subconscious interprets it for me and I have dreams where I spend the whole dream in the bathroom, peeing constantly, until I wake up and can go for real. But I've never woken up to find that I've peed in bed (at least, not since I was very little).

another note, @ tim: this is weird and embarrasing, but it is good info and it may help some people. i noticed that if I uhh.. self.. release... every 5 days or so, i never have wet dreams. it has been about a year since i started and only have had a couple wet dreams so far. i totally agree that wet dreams= "out with the old, in with the new" so to speak. i mean, if your gonna make a mess anyway, you might as well plan when and where, more controlled i geuss.

uhh, ya, i have had short lived sex in 2 or 3 lucid dreams and i end up wet all the time.

but my dreams dont really contain much sexual content, i notice if i miss a couple days(as stated above) my dreams usually contain more sexual content.
