Hi,
One of my favorit book is from Robert Waggoner: "Lucid dreaming - Gateway to the inner self" It is more about experiences and explorations... (http://www.lucidadvice.com/) |

I've got Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge.
It's a brilliant book, a very practical guide on the subject. It has tons of techniques and i highly recommend it.
Here are the contents:

Hope that helps. |
