Something is stopping me

I've been practicing lucid dreaming for sometime now along with Astral Projection, and Something seems to stop me when I attempt to do it..

For instance, I remember I was lying on my bed at one point and was imagining myself being at my front door in the hall way. next thing I knew I was, but their was a woman in front of me dressed in black. who pushed me back into my body. now the push was full force, as my body jerked, when I woke up instantly.

Also had other instances where I've seen "Grey Aliens". on my stairs landing and outside, Could something be stopping me from doing this?.

Am new to this page, but plan on being a regular as am going to start practicing this again...

Sounds to me like you are attempting to WILD...enter the dream consciously. Have you ever tried some of the techniques to induce DILDs-Dream Initiated Lucid Dreams? I have found that I did that much easier in the beginning, and then went on to the other way.
