Hi,

I'm a LD since i was a child. made my first WILD about 8 years ago "OBE" about 5 years ago. I stopped reading about LD for years. But i got interessed into meditation a year ago.
Readed a few bookes about it and was surprised that deep meditation is pre wild.

How books describe meditation is how i get into WILD.
So i found out i'm meditating a long part of my life.

Just a funny thing i wanted to share Smile

I used to be very interested in hypnosis, and learned some self-hypnosis.

It's really coming in handy now.

WIlD is the most difficult technique and the most interesting (in my opinion).
You need some experience in (self-)hypnosis, meditation.

But I like that Razz

Can you give some internet media about self hypnosis that could be useful for lucid dreaming?
