Hey, i have some questions
Is it relevant to write down dreams more then 5 days old?
Because those dreams were very clear, it was easy for me to remember them.
And, i rarely have such clear dreams.
And if i discover dreamsigns, i don't recognize them in my dreams.
PS: I'm going to try the WBTB in the weekend,  I hope it works
Any tips will be appreciated

| Well if i remember an old dream i just make a title called "bonus" on my dream journal and write it down.I think its ok even if i dont remember well it i write it down. |
