Something that I see in all of my dreams is what I have come to call warping. This is the best way I can explain it. I will be in a room (let's say sitting on a couch). Then in an instant I will be outside. I'm still sitting on the couch, but everything around me has changed. If there are people sitting around me their positions will change, or the color of the couch will change. It's a really complicated thing to describe, but I'm sure it's happended to someone at least once because it happens to me every dream. It's like a transistion, but no darkness in between, no fading, nothing. It dosen't just happen one time per dream either this goes on happening throughout the whole dream. The last dream that I could recall it literaly happened every three seconds. The only part that I can visually remember in my head is the last part before I woke up. I was looking under the hood of a rusty truck. I saw it first person and third person at the same time (another wierd thing that happens to me during my dreams). Anyway it's very very stressful for me to not be able really enjoy my dreams when this happens. It's like I'm trying to have a dream, but then I transistion to another one before anything can really sink in. If anyone can give me some kind of guidance here it would be greatly appreciated. I just want to have one dream a night, so I can fully enjoy it.

Please help Crying or Very sad

Josh

i used to have a recurring nightmare, its happened about 4 times throughout my life but I get the worst feeling alive when im dreaming. It's really impossible to explain and some people have told me they had the same kind of feeling and its sort of like being in a really small space, then all of a sudden its a huge space and you feel so lonley and like no one, not even your family wants to helpyou.

Another one is where I have to do a certain thing or pattern correctly and I don't so I have to pretty much be killed, there no one but me there but I know that I will die if I don't do it correctly. These two dreams usually come together.

It's not a nightmare that I'm experiencing it's the inability to stay in one dream at one time. This is the best way I can describe it. Imagine looking at a flip book the stick figure walks across the page another step per page (this is a normal dream). Now take a handfull of different pictures with no defining link between them, and flip through the pictures the same way as the flip book. It's impossible to see anything, but a blurr of colors. Thats what my dream is like. I've been experiencing this for the last six days. It's killing me.

Arrow Evil or Very Mad This is how I feel aboutmy dreams right now.

maybe you just oughta relax,

those dreams may be a reflection of your inner thoughts and the stress you dealt with the past days...

You could be right. My sleep gets interupted alot by the arses at my house. I get a little stressed out by that, but overall I'm usually crazy calm. I meditate alot, so thoughts just kind of get blocked out by my sub-consciouss. I don't know what it is, but I think I'm gonna get it checked out by a doctor because it's getting worse as time progresses, and I'mstarting to think it's a sleeping disorder. The shit happened again last night. Crying or Very sad

you should try to become lucid during these and then you will be able to stop them.. or are you always lucid and you cannot do anything about it..?

It's complicated to say whether or not I'm lucid during these happenings. It's like I have the 3 second dreams, and theres one right after the other. I wakeup sometimes right after one, and then I drift back to sleep right away, but I feel like I'm partially awake in my bed, and in a dream at the same time. It's like I'm stuck in between dreamscape and waking life. It's wierd to me and unexplainable, but I'll find a solution one day hopefully soon.

Maybe your Dream Scenario keeps changing quickly because you're over enthusiastic about your dreams?? Maybe in the same way when a kid walks into a toy shop they are looking at a hundred different things a second.I'm probably totally wrong, but just a theory xxxxxxx

I agree with that.

Maybe you should leave out every thoughts about dreams for a couple of days and have a quiet place to sleep, your mind may calm down then.
