Hi there everyone Very Happy can any one explain what exactly inner related dream signs are. On the online dream journal I understand what action, context and form related dream signs are but I am slightly confused as to what inner related dreamsigns are. It says extreme feelings but is this meaning you just have an extreme feeling that you are dreaming ? Question If anyone can explain it to me please do, I want to know what they are exactly I can identify them.

Inner related dream signs can be extreme feelings like you are extremely angry at someone or extremely anxious.
When you have strange thoughts in dreams this would also be an inner related dreamsign or when you have strange body sensations or perceptions.
I hope this helped Smile

Take a look at this quotation from Stephen LaBerge's book "Exploring the world of lucid dreaming". He explained it very easily:
"INNER AWARENESS:
You have a peculiar thought, a strong emotion, feel an unusual sensation, or have altered perceptions. The thought can be one that is unusual, that could occur only in a dream, or that magically affects the dream world. The emotion can be inappropriate or oddly overwhelming. Sensations can include the feeling of paralysis, or of leaving your body, as well as unusual physical feelings and unexpectedly sudden or intense sexual arousal. Perceptions may be unusually clear or fuzzy, or you may be able to see or hear something you wouldn't be able to in a waking life."

Here's the example of an inner awareness from my own experience (a part of my own dream): I was walking down the river with my friend, and he suddenly felt into the water and probably drowned. I moved on, leaving him behind and I had this weird thought: "Hmm... What a shame, I will find another friend".

As you can see it's easy to recognize an inner dream sign. Nothing complicated. Smile
