| Look up Reality Checks, and keep some kind of recording device next to your bed. Movement will make dreams more difficult to remember - so try to keep lying as still as possible as you try to remember your dreams. Record them on the device and then write them in a journal next day. In this journal you should take note of things in your dreams that should have tipped you off that you were dreaming. Hopefully, next time someone randomly transforms into an apple, for instance, you'll recognize this sign and realize you're dreaming. |

I am also fairly new, but I've been doing it for a while though. I had gotten a book that's called 'Lucid Dream in 30 days', and that was what had worked for me. Even though I had only started to read it about two weeks ago, I've already had some amazing lucid dreams! I would suggest you look through some of the books for it, but that's only my opinion. |
