This afternoon i did a meditation session with one of those iPhone apps, and something very interesting happened...i went into my mind and talked to my subconcious!

here's the link to the page in my dream journal:

Has this ever happened to anyone before?

Wow man that is awesome! For some time now I have been dying to talk to my subconcious to get some advice, find out more about myself etc but I just don't seem to have the lucid dream frequency. (Currently I have a lucid dream once every 2 weeks or so).

Could you tell me more about how to do this meditation inducing technique please? Smile

Well i was using this iphone app called "Sleep Stream 2 pro", its simply binaural beats (im not sure if ur familiar with those), the binaural beats entrain your brain waves to what state you want to set it at. In this app there was a meditation setting, which was the one i used, and within 15 minutes i was able to reach this state; i guess from there it's mostly sheer willpower. If you have an iPhone then you should really get this app, or maybe find something similiar online or something. Again, it's called "Binaural Beats".

i hope that helps

I used a disc from the Stephen LaBerge book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreams" and it worked the first time I tried it. I had a very similar experience!

There are lots of binaural beats on YouTube but I have to try this app you mentioned. Thanks!

Meditation can assist you in having a lucid deaming especially if you meditate before you going to sleep.

Whoa!! This is amazing, I've been panning on talking to my subconscious but never got around to the lucidity for it. Your conversation was really interesting, and have you started having lucid dreams more often lately? I mean he said hell pull you in more often right..

I would be very interested in hearing who called you by that nickname, and why you think it stuck so deeply. Also, remember that you interacted with an avatar of your subconscious that your subconscious created: it is helping you access your subconscious, but it's not the only way, and there's always much more to it than meets the eye.
