Hi everyone,
Recently ive been trying and trying everything imaginable to have a lucid dream and still i cant seem to have one! recording my dreams ive noticed them becoming more vivid and more memorable, but it still feels like ime MILES away from awakening in a dream. So if there is anyone out there who is the same or feels they could give some tips let me know, im desperately searching for someone i can bounce ideas off or even just keep up to date with experiences. thanks. |

If you have tried everything, doing RC's, recording your dreams, then you must be close. Never tell yourself that you're miles away! Tell yourself that you're close, and believe in it!
Since when are you trying to have an LD?
Note: I don't have LD's frequently, and even those that I have, don't last more than 30 or 40 seconds. |

| Yeah ive been trying for a few weeks now, i know i can do it, i just can gauge if im close or not. i vary the techniques alot and im going to begin taking supplements to aid in having my first lucid dream. I record myself saying my dream as soon as i wake up, and this takes 2 minutes, then when im fully awake i write it out in great detail, identify dream signs and all the rest and still seem to be missing that key, so heres hoping i get there soon! |

| Yeah I tried the wake back to bed method, it didn't help... Last night I set my alarm for 3 am, woke up and tried to WILD, I get soooo fast in to the paralysis almost there andI get to excited that its happening and I snap out of it... can anyone help me stay calm at this point, p.s when I decided to stop and go to sleep I experienced the body being like wax, semi paralysis so I class that as progress, next step, hypnagogic imagery! |
