Hi, had my first lucid dream last night for about 6 seconds, using the (previously much doubted on my behalf) Wake Back To Bed method, and im just wondering can i effectively use this method every night, i know not every night i will realise im dreaming however, will i eventually wear out this method and have to vary them? cause so far all that has worked is the WBTB method
I will never doubt the WBTB method
first lucid dream (lasted about 6 seconds) first thing i tried to do is rub my hands together, but it didnt work and i woke in between sleep and awake.. like a limbo where i felt floating, i could sleep if i wanted, or awake if i wanted.... it was strange... so just wondering if you can wake back to bed every night? or will it alter your sleep patterns? |

I'm not aware of anyone every having done this, so you would be the first. Give it a try and see how it goes in like 3 weeks.

wbtb may alter your sleep paterns dueto getting less sleep. so, you can either go to bet erlier so youget the same amount of sleep or just wbtb on the weekends or on days you can sleep in _________________ my current goal: fly with wings, teleport, master dream fighting skills, epic battle vs my evil side. |

Thing is, if his sleeping pattern gets altered, it will be to wake up early, stay up for a bit and then go to bed and sleep again, so a natural WBTB of sorts. It would be interesting to see how effective this is. _________________ Quare? Quod vita mea non tua est. |
