hm, personally I've never trusted supplements, not only are they so overly expensive but there's always a chance of, not addiction, but dependence, like you don't think, or even will not, dream without the use of them. Risky business i think, but then again i haven't actually got any personal experience in them. _________________ 'Learn Everything about Something, and Something about Everything'.. |

| Im going to try supplements. I cant see anything wrong with ingesting nutrients that improve memory and brain function let alone LD. There are other sites and its probably an extract from plantation grown, Red Spider Lily (Lycoris radiata) |

well i tried the supliment and did have a lucid dream. Although I did stop taking it and still had an LD. It makes you sleepy but brain is buzzing with activity. It is just choline (lecithin extract) for memory recall and galantine (extract of red spider lily) for increased brain activity in the dream. I think its harmless and can only help with memory recall and general brain functioning.
melatonin is good for people who suffer abnormal sleep patterns to help stabilsise but for dreams themselves I dont think it helps. |

Brilliant Dreams might work, but I believe it has some side effects. There are better ways to induce a lucid dream. Still, I can't stop you for taking Brilliant Dreams if you want to. What I suggest, however, is that you research the pill well. Here is a link to help you get started.

I use B Complex. Don't know if it helps, but it seems to.
Also, Holy Basil, Choline,
Power Thought (B Complex with Ginko Biloba)
who knows if this would work for everyone, but I have used them, and I think they do work.
I'm very intrigued with Red Lily Spider Plant (Galantine). Has any one tried it, and where there noticable differences? _________________ Am I dreaming? |

| I don't know the exact content of this pill but in my opinion, It isn't recommended for people who haven't reached full maturity to take unnecessary food supplements. It is better to be completely safe. This is to prevent substances from interfering with development. |

| well the only side effect is that it produces vivid dreams...I have read nothing detrimental about it except the overly paranoid and baseless posts here. |

Uhh being a big Youtuber I found a vid on one of the people I suscribed to who helped me alot with lucid dreaming a year ago- Reecejones87. So he said that taking a common vitamin called chlorine Bitrate which could be found in vitamin shops I guess works very well with dream recall. I've never tried it and I want to know if anyone here has. I don't trust the internet with dreaming pills so I'd rather invest in chlorine bitrate. I'd just like to know if the vitamin really works and is it worth my money. _________________ I dream to escape XD |

Placebo (._. )
If I had a breath mint tin with "Lucid Pills" written on it and took two a day.
Certainly at least the breath mint taking would be a "reality check" and if you where to dream about it - then you'd realise you where dreaming. It also gets you thinking about dreams more and would generally improve the chances.
... Not that I am suggesting there's no use in these supplements. I'm just saying the ritual of taking a pill is enough to increase the chances. |

| Two days ago I started an experiment with melatonin 9 mg and lecithin-1200 for the choline supplement. The first day I didn't really notice a difference in my dreams. They were strange and vivid but nothing spectacular. Then yesterday I had 7 lucid dreams. I don't know if this was just a fluke but so far the results are promising. |
