|
|
| Hi. I'm just wondering how many hours all of you lucid dreamers sleep every day. Because I have to wake up at 6am every day and sleep earliest by 11pm which gives me about 7 hours of sleep, do you think it's sufficient for lucid dreaming? Plus I also take afternoon naps, maybe 1 or 2 hours. Can napping in the afternoon in some ways make up for the loss of sleep at night? Thanks. |

| I sleep about 10 a night, but I'll sleep about 12 if left alone. Anything more than 8 leaves me feeling rested, though. |

| No, napping in the afternoon according to me is a good time to have OBE and increases the posibilty of a lucid dream . |

I sleep about 6 per night during the week, then anywhere from 10-15 on the weekends. _________________ d-( '-' )-b thumbs up! |

I am actually having issues with lucid dreaming for this reason. I work graveyards and do a lot during the day. So I usually split my sleep between 2 long naps. But its also inconsistent because I work every other day. Its hard to use the WBTB with my schedule so I am not making much initial progress on lucid dreaming. _________________ Open your eyes... and dream! |

I think that sleep for 7 hours is bad! Normal sleep is 9:00! But you can not sleep much, it is just as bad. I try to sleep about nine hours a day. But the day I do not want to sleep!

I sleep for about 8/9 hours in the week. Sometimes in the weekend even more. At some nights I just can't sleep (mostly because I want to have an LD so badly ) and then it's around 7 hours sleep. I read that 7 1/2 hours of sleep is average for an adult and that you need that amount of sleep if you want to sleep enough I heard there was a test too where people had to record how many hours they slept. The most people slept over about 8-9 hours. |

I usually sleep 8-10 hours on weekdays, and on the weekends I get around 12 hours. _________________ The next time I'm dreaming, I will realize that I'm dreaming. |

I usually get 8-10+ hours because I go to bed when I'm tired/incredibly bored (I run out of stuff to do during the day.) but I always wake up at 6, no earlier. Except on weekends. On weekends I go to bed at the same time and wake up a lot later. _________________ And also I lost my clothes. |

I don't think 7 hours is enough sleep. At least 8. If you have sleep problems that's one thing but try to get enough sleep.
Try to get to bed earlier if you can. |
