Have you lost motivation/enthusiasm? That seems to be the main killer of any attempts in these fields Smile

Take a break!

Gather enough motivation before trying again with full speed!

That worked for me Smile

Yes, keep on the daily habits Smile That way you won't stray away from lucid dreaming, while boosting your RC and Recall Smile See lucid dreams as a bonus, and while in them, you could ask your sub conscious (which is projected onto each dream character) about why you are so awake Razz

Yea i think i can relate to your loss of motivation.
The first week i knew about lucid dreaming, i literally READ EVERYTHING and watched EVERY VIDEO and article on the subject, during school, at home, with my phone, etc.
I think i had some kind of a information seizure and knew everything already just lacked the experience lol. The first day i discovered lucid dreaming i had a lucid dream, no reality checks or journal,
now i have only had 1 lucid dream this past 2 weeks :[
