Have you lost motivation/enthusiasm? That seems to be the main killer of any attempts in these fields _________________ Im a dreamer, too |

Take a break!
Gather enough motivation before trying again with full speed!
That worked for me _________________ Im a dreamer, too |

Yes, keep on the daily habits That way you won't stray away from lucid dreaming, while boosting your RC and Recall See lucid dreams as a bonus, and while in them, you could ask your sub conscious (which is projected onto each dream character) about why you are so awake _________________ Im a dreamer, too |

Yea i think i can relate to your loss of motivation.
The first week i knew about lucid dreaming, i literally READ EVERYTHING and watched EVERY VIDEO and article on the subject, during school, at home, with my phone, etc.
I think i had some kind of a information seizure and knew everything already just lacked the experience lol. The first day i discovered lucid dreaming i had a lucid dream, no reality checks or journal,
now i have only had 1 lucid dream this past 2 weeks :[ |
