Hi,

I've recorded more than 35 non-lucid dreams and i found out that in 80% of all my dreams there is food in it. It's always something important and not just a little detail in my dream. Mostly it looks like normal food and it's rarely something that looks bizarre.

I know it's something everyone sees every day and it's not something that's weird but it appears almost every time in my dreams.

How can i use this as a dreamsign if it's something that also existst in real life? Can i even call this a good dreamsign?

Hi- Perhaps you can use a variation of Tim's LDD technique, whereby during your waking life you look at or think of food and think, "Am I dreaming?", or, "Hey, I'm Dreaming!", then do a reality check Rolling Eyes . That way you are at least doing this three times a day, but probably much more, and this will make you more conscious both during the day and at night. When this habit is established, it is very likely that you will find yourself doing the same in your dreams, and something might just seem quirky about the dream food, or something else in your surroundings, which will prompt you to realize you are dreaming. GOod luck and happy day(and night!) dreaming!
