So...a bit about me...My name is Kevin and I've always been interested in dreams and have had a handful of random lucid dreams throughout my life. I'm currently 30 years old. Only recently have I been working on trying to induce lucid dreams. Naturally I would love to be able to achieve my lucid dreams through the WILD technique whenever I'd like but as a beginner I realize that isn't all that likely. However I do have some meditation experience under my belt and I've been keeping a dream journal for almost 3 weeks now and most nights I am able to recall 2-3 dreams. I even had one dream that I questioned my reality, then had a false awakening, and then realized I was still dreaming and woke up for real. I've also dreamt about people talking about dreaming and how I have been working on lucid dreaming but alas...i didn't realize I was dreaming. I also thankfully have a knack for waking up in the middle of the night without an alarm so I am trying to use that to my advantage.

Anyway...please feel free to say hi or to offer any suggestions for a beginner like myself...especially suggestions on a good practice routine I might be able to follow.

Sounds like you are in the same boat as me...exept I don't have the ability to wake up during the middle of the night lol. Just keep at it and I'm sure you can accomplish whatever you want. Good luck!
