Intense Twitches While Using WILD

This morning after I woke up I tried to use the WILD method right away, in the past every-time I've used the WILD method I haven't been successful, however this time after about 15 minutes or so my body started twitching, my finger my foot etc. Then, my eyes tried to blink while they were still closed and started twitching to different states of being closed, i.e. sometimes they would be closed loosely or very tightly. But I noticed something while this was happening I started seeing all white and every-time I blinked hard, not of my own control, I saw black. Is this normal? Was I close? Any input would be great.

Oh yes, this is a perfectly normal stage, don't worry. It can be quite a ride sometimes.

Just bare with it. You probably were close, but next time don't expect anything, because expectations can ruin your effort. Don't try to intervene. Stay a detached observer, but maintain your awareness (i.e. don't fall asleep). It's a delicate balance.
