First, sorry for the bad english... Im a dutchy.

I already try lucid dreaming for a month but it dont work... I dont know when i must start a lucid dream... After sleeping, of before the sleep?

And on bizzy days, or on holidays..

You get lucid during a dream. You practice techniques beforehand and recall your dreams afterwards. You can shoot me a pm in Dutch if you like, it's kind of hard to understand what you mean.
