Hello! My name is Qanazoga!
I'm 15 and new to lucid dreaming, I accidentally did it once earlier this week and the night afterwards and had the time of my life! The only problem is, I haven't been able to do it since, and both times I was able to, I felt really out of focus...
Can anyone help me with these problems, thanks in advance and I hope to meet you all!

Welcome to Lucidipedia Qanazoga! :D

If you follow the tutorials I'm sure you'll be able to lucid dream again :) If you need more focus, it would be advisable to stabilize the dream first. Rub you hands together, spin around, do jumping jacks etc. Try to be aware of your senses: what do you see/hear/smell/feel/taste? Engage actively with the dream world and your dream body.
Also keep a dream journal (if you're not doing this already). For the dream experience you rely mostly on dream recall. The better the dream recall, the more vivid your dreams will feel.
Lastly, you could perhaps try to meditate. This stimulates alpha waves and that's the kind of awareness that's useful in dreams.

Good luck and happy dreaming! :)
