Hey everyone.

I've had some really bad sleep in a week now, I find it hard falling asleep. and my dreams gets harder to remember and lesser vividly.. The last vividly dreams I had was 3-4 nightmares in a night..

Any tips for how to sleep better or better(/easier) ways to fall asleep.

I have tried WILD / Meditation before sleeping.. But it have not helped yet.

Does a sleep cycle improve the dream recall or am I wrong?

There are very safe supplements and herbs like melatonin, valerian root, .. that could help, but I would advice against using these if you really have troubled sleep. This is addressing the symptoms and not the cause. Try to find why you're sleeping bad. Stress at work, school, in a relationship, ...?

If you can fix it, do so. If you can't, change the way you think about it.

I had some better sleep tonight! And sometimes I dreamt that I woke up. (I hated it) Smile

Then I got this dream that I was running fast through this entrance to a place. And the closer I got there came an opening at this weird building... It was like that over and over again.. and suddenly I said to myself "This may be a dream" I ran to a water hole, to see my own reflection and I saw myself as a tiger. and my adventure started : ) ..

I would say that a sleep cycle improves my dream recalls. Right now, I find it easier to recall my dreams when I Sleep before 01:00.

Thank you for you'r answer. I also find it better to do it without any help from herbs, drugs and stuff. Actually some of the dreams I had tonight was about my "problems".. My mom, School, and stuff.. One step closer! thanks to the dream world : )
