Some time ago , I was having a depresion and each time I've tried to sleep , a paralysis like feeling begin to take over me and i was feeling deing/being pulled in the image/vision in my head , despite my all efforts . Only by fighting very hard I succeeded to escape . This happened 3 times .

1st : It was about a cruising ship . I "know it " that if i will walk on it i will die

2nd : a dark tunnel - like hallway , with a dark skinned woman , in black clothes

3rd : a door open to an infinite prery

Can you help me to understand what was about ?

Thank you for your help .

I haven't been into lucid dreaming for a while, but, I think I may have some advice.

You should get very familiar with the WILD technique, as that is essentially what you are doing naturally. All you need to do is stay conscious through the process. Now, follow those dreams down and see what happens in them. They can't kill you, but they clearly hold some sort of subconscious meaning to you.

Explore them and get over your fear of them.
