For some reason a huge percentage of my more recent lucid dreams all take place - or start out - in front of my house. I have been lucid in many other places, but it just seems like if I'm ever on my front lawn I will become lucid. I've had 5 LD that I can remember that started there, and I never need to reality check either, I just know.

Usually when I become lucid its because of something that happened in the dream, but in front of my house im just already lucid... Any explanations? Does anyone else have an area in the dream world where there almost always lucid? Seems kind of interesting O_o

Not too long ago a new building was constructed in my street. First there was an empty area in the place of the old building, later it became a parking lot, after that, they started to build the new building. And also they renewed the whole street, they removed the asphalt, and sidewalks, and they did cobble the street, and set up street lamp pillars, with two flowerbeds on both sides, on the top part of the pillars.
Sometimes in my dreams I see the former building - when I look out the window - which stood there before the new one was constructed, or a totally different building. In one of my dreams, I saw a totally different building in the place of the new building, and the empty area to the right of it.
These are dream signs for me. They occurred.... mmm.... about 3 times I think, and I always got lucid. It seems, that whenever I look out of the window in my dreams, I always get lucid, because of these dream signs. It would be great if it would stay like this.
Yeah, but unfortunately, in my dreams, I rarely get to the windows, or they don't start in my home.

This is similar to your experience, but these, became dream signs, because of the changes, and you don't become lucid because your lawn have grown taller or something, right?
It seems natural to me, that you become lucid in a place which stands close to you, especially if you like to be on your front lawn, if you used to reflect about lucid dreaming there, for example.

I thought of that possibilty but I honestly don't feel anything special about my front lawn in relation me O_o Maybe it could be some unconscious relation...?

If it's so, as you say, then it must have some unconscious relation.
Hey, why don't you try asking your dream itself, or higher-self, or whatever?

I have similar experiences. Our house itself was constructed in place of our older house. So whenever i have a dream of the older house and those premises i manage lucidity. Smile

Lol I've been trying to talk to my subconscious mind for the longest time... Actually, when I got serious about talking to it, I started getting "pushed" out of my lucid dreams... Instantly awoken out of 4 dreams in a row so far... It seems he/she does not want to talk to me :s

Any opinions on that?

Surprised That's very interesting. You asked your subconscious about your front lawn right? Or not just only about that?
Maybe some fear of the subconscious? I don't know. Only you can tell what is really the cause.

Well I'm not able to ask it anything in the first place xD
I said to myself in real life that I would talk to him/her in my LDs, and since I got serious about that statement I started to get pushed out. So yea hopefully my next LD will last a while longer until I can maybe try to and see why :[

Not too long ago, I had a weird, or interesting experience. I was in a dream, that I don't remember quite right. If I remember right, I felt that I was about to wake up. In the dream, a new picture appeared, and I didn't know what it was. "Is it a mountain?" I asked myself. I put my dream hand into the picture, and it got distorted, similar to 3D holograms in movies, and it had no sound. When I fully awoke, I realized, that my eyes were open, and the picture that I saw, was just my pillow. Smile

I also have lucid dreams where I gain lucidity due to my surroundings with no need for reality checks. It just suddenly seems like inherent knowledge that I'm dreaming, like I've known all along.
