|
|
Hey everyone. So this weekend I had the chance to attempt the WBTB technique both mornings (Saturday/Sunday). The first time I woke up 5 hours after falling asleep, and the second night 6 hours. It's the first time I've actually properly tried it and will continue to keep trying.. But when it came down to the first step of recalling dreams, I couldn't recall ANY! I've been struggling to recall any dreams lately, even during the week when I'm not trying WBTB.
Does anyone have any pointers to help me out here? I know recalling dreams is the most important part of lucid dreaming and lately I can't even do it!
I never used to have a problem recalling them, so I don't know whats changed :/
Any kind of help is appreciated! Thanks! |

Is your sleeping rhythm in order? You'll have to find a point where you wake up in REM in order to maximize dream recall. _________________ Quare? Quod vita mea non tua est. |

yeah it's definitely in order. I'm getting 8 hours a night during the weeks, and 8-10 hours on a weekend. So I guess i should just experiment with alarm times until I find a good amount of sleep to have before waking up? Is that basically what your saying?
