Salutations to all. The name is Alden. Like all of you, I love dreams and have always found them to be a very interesting topic. And then, I found lucid dreaming and suddenly things got a lot more awesome.
I have had one lucid dream before. I accidentally performed the WBTB technique (fell asleep for about seven hours, then I woke up for an hour and then slept for an hour), and the realization of my dream state was also an accident. At the time I only knew the definition of what a lucid dream was, but I was not practicing any techniques. As you can imagine, this was very thrilling when I knew what had happened.
Recently, I have started practicing and am excited to have more lucid dreams. This website has helped me greatly in my meditations and practice and I am happy to be among this community of lucid dreamers. |
