Hi thar!
Qanazoga here!
You know how sometimes when you get something new it will have an instruction manual that says in big letters READ THIS BEFORE USE OF THE WHATEVER IT IS YOU BOUGHT?
Well I learned you should really do that!
I quickly skimmed through the WBTB part of this site way back when, didn't realize that when you wake up you're supposed to stay up for a while...
I just kept looking at my alarm, moaning a bit, hitting said alarm until it turned off, then passing back out...
I've got to follow instructions better... |

Lol. There's this lovely 4-letter acronym we like to use in IT: RTFM.
30 to 45 minutes work best according to LaBerge's research. |
