Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone has tried out the 'lucidology timer method'
http://youtu.be/IKquVghfwG0
^The link above describes the method in great detail and does make a lot of sense to me, but it seems too good to be true. If anyone has any information on the matter, it would be awesome if you could post a reply.
Cheers |

So i gave this method a go last night, and my timer wasn't working the way it should but i still woke up in the way the video suggested and i found i had a lot more dreams than usual, with about 3 of the 7 being lucid. Definitely something to check out...
Im in the process of making a personalized mp3 timer, would anyone be interested in a download?
