| I'm sure this has been posted somewhere else, but I find that I have the best dreams when I'm not focused on lucid dreaming :p Like last night my girlfriend stayed over, so, naturally, dreaming was the last thing on my mind. But ended up having three very vivid dreams. None of them were lucid, but they were way more "real" than usual. Does anyone else find this to be true? |

Yes, this counts for me as well.
Lucid dreams are nice, but my best dreams have been non-lucid.
However in most of them I'm very well aware of the fact that i can do anything. I don't realize that I'm in a dream, but i do recognize it. If that makes any sense |

| yeah. i'll agree that my best dreams have non-lucid. but my worst dreams have also been non-lucid. i started lucid dreaming because i had nightmares all the time. really bad ones. so i read up on this and i do it all the time. it's wonderful. |
