I'm doing this since 2012 April,I never had intentional LD,but i had few when i was a kid. I always had pretty good dream recall,i used to recall about 100~ dreams in a month, but now i recall only 4~ in a week, they're really short, but vivid. Did any of you guys had this problem ? I'm also an insomniac,it's really hard for me to fall a sleep and I also used to smoke pot once or two times a week, now I haven't smoke for 2 weeks. Any ideas what's happening ?

Thank you Smile

Hi Petras
Maybe this can help? I went through a similar thing not so long ago.

The more I worried about it the worse it got. Everything is fine now though.

A friend of mine claims drinking a glass of Whiskey before sleeping helps him with his dream recall. I can't see how that would work but if you're on a dry spell at the moment it's worth a shot (pun not intended)

EDIT : I just remembered there are quit a bit of minors on this site. So if that's the case then don't try this

Surprised. For those sayin she's trying too hard, when you go from having magical adventures and long story lines to nothing and dreaming is better than reality.....its as tragic as having a cute puppy and then one night the puppy vanishes. I had lucid dreams naturally without a single effort, dreams to vivid that one of them was about having newborn baby girl and It showed the baby's face up close with a ton of spit bubbles, the details of her face were so good it was freaky. In another lucid dream I could SMELL that scene of the dream. When life is a living hell I'm sure she soothed herself knowing that soon she'd be in dream land.

Yeah, it has happened to me before and I also have heard many accounts from other people of this "phenomena". Personally, after a (agonizing) while, the dream recall came back on it´s own, however your case might be different.

Been sitting eyes wide open behind these four walls, hoping you'd call It's just a cruel existence like there's no point hoping at all. Baby, baby, I feel crazy, up all night, all night and every day Give me something, oh, but you say nothing. What is happening to me? I don't wanna live forever, 'cause I know I'll be living in vain. And I don't wanna fit wherever. I just wanna keep calling your name until you come back home.Thank you
