|
|
I am logging events in dreams that cause me to wake. The idea is that I will be able to incubate events in dreams to wake me, then I'll attempt DEILD. This may be more effective than trying to become aware that a dream is a dream. Two recent events that have caused me to wake up:
Mutual strangulation: A DC started to strangle me. I strangled him back.
Shooting somebody: I looked through a rifle's telescopic lens at a target and I quickly woke.
It could be difficult to incubate a dream where events this specific occur but I will keep logging events that cause waking. Any thoughts? |

You are always there to spoil my post. Just reply what the above person ask and then get lost. Don’t interfere in someone’s post. |

So you want to induce a certain kind of dream that will cause you to wake up, so you can fall asleep again to become lucid?
I think it's easier to just fall asleep with the intention to wake up during the night while dreaming, instead of relying on the content of the dream. |
