Hello everyone!
I'm a new one, I've just discovered this amazing site, thanks to some videos on youtube.
Finding a community where people can understand what you feel in lucid dreams, it's just.. great!
I had my first lucid dream when I was.. well, I can't remember.. I think I'm a lucid dreamer since ever.. Obviously I was not aware of what that really means, but that was a matter of fact that I was able to control dreams.. it was quite normal to me, but when I tried to explain this experience to other people, they just said that I had a vivid immagination..
Anyway, time passed, and with the years it became more difficult to have a lucid dream...
An year ago, I became more and more curious about the argument, and I think it was because of my interest that I started to have lucid dreams again! that is fantastic, because now I can manipulate them in a more lucid way! Wink
well.. I think I bored you enought Smile

thank you for this site, I really really cannot wait to read other people experiences, and learn some new techniques!

love
haley

Hi Haley,

I'm "brand new" here by stumbling through YouTube as well. I have had (what is now known to me as Lucid Dreams) multiple dreams in the past where I discovered I was in fact dreaming and was able to manipulate the outcome to my advantage. I have not had one in a long time though so i hope some of the information here helps me harness this ability.

You sound like a very good lucid dreamer. Any tips by chance? Or are you just a natural?

well, lucid dreaming is actually a pretty natural thing for me.. but, as I said, I didn't had LD for a long time.. I think that the most important thing to recover the ability of lucid dreaming is to be interest, and motivated.
I've read some interesting posts where someone said that "creativity" has a big part in the ability of LD; well, I'm really in agreement with this affirmation, because, in my experience I have testified this.. I mean, I'm an young architect, and I usually make 3Ds of my projects and stuff, and it seems to help my ability of LD! I don't know, I think it's a kind of "interaction" between you and your mind, you "create" things, as much as you "create" you dreams..
It's like you are in a videogame.. and you interact with things..
I would really like to help you, the only thing I can say is to try to be creativity in real life, to interact with thing, make some "reality tests" during the day, became "confident" with your mind, and.. just believe in it!
lucid dreams will surely come.. again!
